Neighboring Dorchester County (Cambridge right across the bridge) offers charming towns, events, and festivals including the Strawberry Festival, ghost walks, beer and wine tasting, The Harriett Tubman Museum, Blackwater National Refuge and much more.
Getting around: The best way to get around is by car. Talbot County is home to the charming towns and villages of Easton, Oxford, Queen Anne, St. Michaels and Trappe. With over 600 miles of Chesapeake Bay waterfront, it’s the treasure of Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
