Our stunning waterfront destination can now host waterfront weddings, small gatherings, rehearsal dinners, graduations, small intimate gatherings, family reunions, birthday parties, multi-family cook outs, and other events in our new outdoor pavilion with waterfront views. The options are endless! For social events and gatherings up to 60 people it is $180.00 an hour…choose your time block between Noon and 6pm. The main house and patio by the pool can also be rented for smaller groups. Food/beverage not provided. Pricing for wedding venue packages is below.

Additional Information on Small Gatherings: Our picturesque location provides a serene backdrop for your gathering for up to 60 people. Choose from the first floor of the house including the grounds and terrace overlooking the river, or from our pavilion next to the forest with waterfront views.

The beautiful Choptank River is within a short stroll, and all you can hear are the sounds of nature. The accommodations were clean, modern and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious with special touches like a formally set table, fresh biscuits with homemade blackberry jam and pesto eggs.
