Our stunning waterfront destination is now hosting waterfront weddings, small gatherings for up to 35 people, and events. Imagine saying “I do” while exchanging vows with the serene beauty and grace of The Choptank River as your backdrop.
Graced with vast lawns, patios, fire-pits on 12 acres of privacy, we offer unmatched charm and ambiance. Whether you are having a small gathering or having an event up to 75 people, the venue will be ideal for weddings, elopements, business meetings, special occasions, small intimate gatherings, a family reunion, yoga retreats, or corporate events. Additional Information on Small Gatherings: Our picturesque location provides a serene backdrop for your gathering for up to 35 people. Choose from the first floor of the house including the grounds and terrace overlooking the river, or from our pavilion (coming soon) next to the forest with waterfront views.
2024 Rates: Up to 35 people. $1200.00 for 4 hours…choose your 4 hour block between Noon and 6pm. Food/beverage not provided.

The beautiful Choptank River is within a short stroll, and all you can hear are the sounds of nature. The accommodations were clean, modern and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious with special touches like a formally set table, fresh biscuits with homemade blackberry jam and pesto eggs.
